Hot melt sleeve installation:
1. When installing the hot-melt sleeve, the soil and dirt of the joint should be removed, and the hot-melt sleeve should be placed in the middle of the interface, and the heating wire should be placed on the jacket;
2. Lay the hot-melt sleeve and place the pressure plate at the hot-melt longitudinal joint to ensure that the interface is in close contact with each other. The heat-conducting parts of the hot-melt sleeve are tightly tied and fastened with the packing belt. ;
3. Connect the heating wire on the hot-melt sleeve to the control box (output), activate the switch, and set the voltage and power-on time according to the specification reference table;
4. When the edge of the joint has molten polyethylene, it will overflow, cut off the power or automatically cut off the power;
5, generally according to the site environment, the hot-melt socket requires 20-30 minutes of natural cooling, and then to remove the strap and plate.
